Insomnia

Insomnia is a condition that is diagnosed when an individual has significant trouble falling and staying asleep. Insomnia can be a short term or chronic condition, ranging from 2-3 weeks to a lifetime. Those who suffer from insomnia can have one or more of the problems listed here:
